All EvergreenCali personnel at minimum receive OSHA 30 Training. All field personnel stay up to date with quarterly training in subjects such as First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, Mold Remediation, Infection Control & Hospital Acquired Infection Prevention, and Asbestos Training.
Joshua A. Schreer
Joshua Schreer founded EvergreenCali in 2009, after honorably serving in the US Army and US Army National Guard from 1997 to 2003. He is responsible for all aspects of Evergreen’s business operations. Josh prides himself on his attention to detail and his insistence on making safety a priority.
Josh directly manages every phase of building at EvergreenCali. He procures and negotiates contracts and implements contract documents. He has specialized in estimating, value engineering, scheduling, planning and execution, and development of project specifications. In addition, Josh coordinates all field operations on each EvergreenCali project with a high standard in safety and quality control.
Joshua Schreer also specializes in government contracting; private contracting in general commercial ground-up projects; remediation services; structural concrete; commercial TIs; and minor and major renovations throughout Northern and Southern California.
Josh received a B.S. in Construction Management of Architecture from Pratt Institute in NYC in 2003 and is Certified in 30 Hour OSHA Training, EM-385 40 Hour Safety Training, Construction Quality Management for Contractors, and Asbestos Awareness Operations & Maintenance.
He has a wife and 3 children and they enjoy life in Southern California.
Ryan Dudek joined EvergreenCali in 2015. Ryan handles client relations, estimating, and project management. He studied Project Management at UCSD.
Lorena Moreno joined EvergreenCali in 2016. Lorena assists in project management and estimating, and she handles administrative aspects of our projects. She studied Architecture at San Diego Mesa College.
Heather-Lynn joined EvergreenCali in 2014. She has an extensive background managing a FedEx Corporate hub for over 6 years. Heather-Lynn oversees the office personnel and directly manages payroll, accounts payable & receivable, administration, human resources, and marketing.
